We are indoors more than any previous generation has ever been. Recent studies have shown that kids are spending an average of only 10 minutes a day of unstructured outdoor playtime while spending an alarming 7 hours staring at a screen! Shocking right? As you know this is concerning for the overall well-being and development of our children.
In today’s world it’s easy for kids to miss out on the joys of childhood playing with friends outside, exploring and breathing in the fresh air.
